Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you have the right to return items within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to request a return: Log in to your customer account to open your order and request a return or cancellation.

EU Right of Withdrawal: If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please initiate your return through your customer account.

Return shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A flat rate return shipping fee applies.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exceptions: Custom or personalised print-on-demand items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
